Last year's Boom by the Bay celebration at Julian B. Lane Park welcomed thousands of attendees.
The annual Boom by the Bay Hard Rock Takeover of Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park will return on Saturday, July 1, 2023.This City of Tampa tradition kicked off in 2019 to celebrate Independence Day. This year's event will feature activities for the whole family to enjoy, including:

"While fireworks will grace the sky, Boom by the Bay is about so much more than that," said Mayor Jane Castor. "It's a chance for our community to gather, connect and appreciate the beauty of our city and the spirit of togetherness.
