STOCKHOLM--Volvo said Wednesday that its Volvo Penta unit has expanded its partnership with Italian heavy-equipment manufacturer Fantuzzi Team Material Handling to include electric forklifts.
The partnership will see a full range of e-forklifts developed using Volvo Penta's modularized electric platform, the Swedish carmaker said.
Volvo Penta and FTMH have worked closely together for 10 years, it added.
